What About Manufacturer Warranties?

Our material partners include KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Toto fixtures, GAF and James Hardie exteriors. Each of these brands carries its own manufacturer warranty on the product itself. What we add is the install. A countertop that’s warranted by Cambria but installed wrong is still a problem, and that’s exactly what our workmanship guarantee covers. We install the materials correctly, and if the install fails within our coverage period, we fix it. When you choose Sawyer Remodel Miami, you get two layers of protection: manufacturer backing on the product, and our written guarantee on the work. You don’t have to coordinate between a material supplier and a contractor, either. We handle the warranty claims on any material we supplied and installed.

What We Don’t Cover

We’re not going to bury exclusions in fine print. Here’s what falls outside our guarantee: damage caused by you or a third party, normal wear and tear that any material would experience over time, and issues caused by water intrusion, settling, or other site conditions that were not part of the scope we were hired to fix. If something fails because the material itself is defective, that’s the manufacturer’s warranty. If something fails because our crew made a mistake, that’s our warranty.
