Delta Kitchen Remodeling: The Miami Owner’s Guide

If you own a Delta kitchen setup and something’s failed, here’s the straight answer: a full Delta kitchen remodel in Miami runs $16,520 to $53,100 depending on scope, and we stock or source Delta-compatible components so you’re not stuck waiting on a mystery part. Most owners find us because their cabinets are sagging, a drawer front popped off, or the finish is peeling around the sink after a few Miami humid summers. We’ll match the existing Delta hardware, install it, and stand behind the work with a 365-Day Done Right Promise. Written price before we start, every time.

Which Delta Models This Applies To

An open kitchen and dining area after a remodel

Delta kitchen components aren’t one-size-fits-all, and that’s where most homeowners in Miami hit a wall. Delta’s kitchen lines include the Leland, Trinsic, and Cassidy series, but the compatibility gotcha is in the mounting measurements. Faucet holes are drilled at 8-inch or 4-inch centers, and mixing Delta’s center-set sizes with a pre-drilled granite slab from a Coral Gables renovation means you’re drilling or re-cutting stone. We measure against the existing cutouts before anything is ordered.

For cabinets and drawer hardware, OEM Delta replacements hold their finish longer than generics, but aftermarket soft-close hinges from Blum or Grass often outperform the original Delta hardware in Miami’s salt air, which is something we’ve learned the hard way on Brickell high-rises. The real rule: OEM for finish-matched trims and faceplates, quality aftermarket for internal mechanics. We’ll tell you which fork saves money and which one protects the look. And for the record, Sawyer Remodel Miami is an independent contractor, not affiliated with Delta.

Signs Your Delta Kitchen Remodeling Is Failing

  • Finish flaking or pitting around the faucet base. That’s Miami hard water plus salt air. The Delta finish warranty doesn’t cover corrosion from coastal exposure once seals have worn. We’ve replaced dozens of pitted Trinsic fixtures within five blocks of Biscayne Bay.
  • Drawers sticking or drifting open. Humidity swells the wood rails and Delta’s original side-mount glides lose their grip. If a drawer won’t stay shut, the mechanism is gone, not the alignment.
  • Soft-close hardware slamming shut. The damper piston inside the hinge has failed. It’s a $6 part, but if ignored, the cabinet face takes the impact and the hole strips out.
  • Undermount sink pulling away from the countertop. The epoxy and clips have had enough. Miami kitchens see bigger temperature swings than people realize, and the bond shears. Catch this before water rots the plywood subtop.
  • Sprayer wand losing pressure or spraying oddly. The diverter inside the Delta pull-down head is clogged or cracked. New wand head fixes it in ten minutes. Full faucet replacement isn’t needed for this.

Replacement Cost & What’s Included

A galley kitchen opened up to the dining room with a new peninsula

A Delta kitchen remodel in Miami ranges from $16,520 to $53,100, and the split comes down to scope. At the lower end, you’re replacing cabinet fronts, drawer glides, and a new Delta faucet with an existing layout. At the upper end, you’re gutting the kitchen, moving plumbing, installing new Delta fixtures, new countertops, and electrical work. Smaller kitchen remodels run $10,620 to $23,600, while countertop installation alone sits at $2,360 to $7,670 depending on material.

What’s included in our price: all parts, labor, demolition, haul-away, permits, and a written guarantee on the work. No change orders, no “we found something” surprises at the end. The invoice number is the number you approved. If a Delta part fails within a year and we installed it, we fix it free. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, in writing.

DIY or Call Us?

Some things you can check yourself without opening a toolbox: confirm the model number on the Delta faucet tag under the sink, look for the finish code stamped on the inside of a drawer front, and test whether cabinet doors are racked or just loose at the hinge screw. Those details help us quote fast over the phone.

What we don’t recommend doing yourself: pulling a Delta undermount sink that’s separating, because you’re working against a granite overhang and one wrong pry bar move cracks the slab. Same goes for re-drilling faucet holes in stone. If you’re not set up for it, call us at (850) 801-8046 and we’ll walk you through what we see before we even book the visit. Good work doesn’t need a sales pitch.
